Leigh Ann Scarbrough is a current MSCS Elementary School Librarian, and former Librarian with Memphis Public Libraries.

Leigh Ann is a life-long Memphian, and attend Wells Station Elementary, Craigmont Middle and High Schools.

Leigh Ann holds a B.A. in History and Anthropology and a M.S. in Instructional Curricular Leadership from the University of Memphis, and a Master of Library Science from Indiana University.

Leigh Ann believes in the power of education, and that every student is capable of success.
